Your adventure begins with a quick and scenic boat ride that will take you to the mainland, Aneityum. Upon arrival, your hosts will greet you with a traditional welcoming performance.

Be handed a delicious, fresh coconut to enjoy before you are entertained with some "kastom" magic involving coconuts. "Kastom" is a pidgin word (Bislama/English) used to refer to traditional culture, including religion, economics, art and magic in Melanesia.

Soon after, you will be seated in the main area where the guides will proceed to light a fire under the stones. As you patiently wait for the stones to heat up, you will experience more "Kastom" magic this time involving kava leaves. Once the stones have heated are hot enough, the fire walking takes place.
